Our First Spotlight Belongs To The Military...

I am from Bunkie  but live in Berwick Louisiana my parents are Mike and Lois Gonzales , they still live in Bunkie. This is my son Jonathan Mark Fontenot, he is leaving for Iraq in about two months he is 20 years old . He just got married Dec22,2007 so he has not been married long . He is in Virginia right now in training so lets just say he is already gone from home .

The Marine on the left is my son (Justin Clark Beridon).  He was in the first wave of Marines that chased Saddam Hussein in Iraq. 
This is a picture
that was in the Washington Post.  He is standing outside of one of Saddam's palaces in Tikrit. He came home safe and sound and graduated from LSU in 2006.
